  • $5 flat-rate US shipping, when making returns customer is  responsible for return shipping
  • Free local pick-up is available in Surf City, NC
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
  • Online orders ship through USPS. Tracking information is issued and emailed when the order is shipped.

Blue Ridge Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charge

Returns

We want all of our customers to feel beutiful in their Blue Ridge Boutique purchases, but if you need to return an item you have 7 days.

We accept all returns made within 7 days from the date on your receipt for in store purchases, from the delivery date for shipped online purchases, and for pick up orders, one day after the pick up order was placed.

All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Sale items, jewelry, personalized items, swimwear, undergarments, seasonal decor, beauty products, snacks.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All sale items are final sale.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
