When will my order ship?
- Orders ship next day Monday-Thursday if placed before 10pm, any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday ship out Monday morning.
When do TBRB launch new arrivals?

How do I know what size to order?
- I order from many different vendors so each piece fits differently. I provide a fit video of each item where I describe the fit and style. Generally everything runs true to size, I do not sell anything very tight or form fitting. I want y'all to be cute, comfy, & chic!
How do I contact Simran at TBRB?

How do I return an item?
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and from a smoke free home, free of make-up, deodorant, perfume,or other stains. You MUST contact me before you can return an item! You have 7 days to CONTACT me and MAIL your item back! Since we are a small business we only accept up to THREE returns per customer per month. After you exceed this you will only receive 20% of your order refunded to your store credit account. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact me.
What is the shipping process?
- Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and expected delivery date. I’m not responsible for additional shipping charges for address mixup. It’s your responsibility to make sure your address is correct before paying your invoice. I will not give refunds for lost products. Once the item is scanned into USPS it is no longer the responsibility of The Blue Ridge Boutique.
How much are your items?
- Everything is under $40! Each item is priced differently. On Tuesday's I have #tasseltuesday at 6pm where all jewelry is under $10, also our new arrivals Tuesday are apart of #twentytuesday where they are only $20!! On Friday's at noon I have #fifteenfriday where one item is only $15!
What sizes do you carry?
- I pride myself on being an inclusive boutique, we carry a range of sizes small-3x depending on the item. My goal is to have all our customers feel beautiful, and confident in their TBRB!
What does it mean when an item is "waitlist"?
- I am always reordering sold out styles. If an item is sold out you can be added to the waitlist, once I get a restock of the sold out item. The item will then automatically be added to your cart!
How do I shop on TBRB VIP Facebook?
- Log onto your personal Facebook account and join our THE BLUE RIDGE BOUTIQUE VIP.
- When you find something that you love, scroll down to the comment section and type out SOLD, your SIZE, and COLOR (if applicable). The size and color must be listed exactly as they are typed in the post.
- If the item is currently in stock, you will receive an email response to your comment notifying about your invoice. You MUST pay this invoice within 12 hours or the invoice will expire, and the item will move on to the next person on the waitlist.
- If the item is currently out of stock, you will receive an email response to your comment notifying you about your waitlist status.
How do I pay for my invoice?
- To view your invoice and items, go to: www.theblueridgeboutique.com/account and click on the "checkout" button to be directed to the payment processor to process your order.
How do I apply my account credit?
- Go to www.theblueridgeboutique.com/account to view and pay for your invoice. Above the "checkout" button, click on the USE ACCOUNT CREDIT button to successfully apply the credit to your order.
- Regardless, remaining balance or not, you MUST click on the CHECKOUT BUTTON to actually place the order.
